Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BookCaller (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Creator Accounts & Payouts

Creators on the Platform are independent contractors. By offering paid calls, you represent that you are authorized to provide such services and that you will honor all booked appointments.

• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.
• Platform fees vary based on your selected tier (Hobby: 10%, Pro: 2.3%, Elite: 0.5%).
• Funds are held in escrow until the call is successfully completed.

3. User Conduct

Users booking calls ("Callers") are expected to act respectfully. Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of our Community Guidelines will result in immediate termination of the call and a permanent ban without refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Callers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. If a Creator fails to attend a booked call, the Caller will receive a full refund and the Creator's account may be penalized.

5. Limitation of Liability

BookCaller simply facilitates the connection between Creators and Callers. We are not responsible for the content, advice, or any actions taken based on the conversations held on our platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
